Kjos Music Company
Kjos Music company was founded in Chicago, 1936 by Neil A. Kjos. The company is best known for its ‘Standard of Excellence’ series, for individual members of concert bands. Another notable publication is the ‘Bastien Piano Basics’ series, a collection of piano instruction books targeted at children aged 7-11.
